Superset resting little to no time between movements. rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

Alternating Seated DB Curl (3s10r)

DB overhead triceps extension (3s10r)

1 DB held overhead with both hands. Extend arms and lower in a controlled manor
superset by resting little to no time between movements. rest 1-2 minutes after each set.
