New to Crossfit? Our foundations program is mandatory for everyone without previous Crossfit experience. Over the course of 8 classes we teach you the mechanics of the fundamental Crossfit movements with an emphasis on proper form and safety. Once you have completed these 8 classes you will be equipped with the knowledge and experience you need to attend the Crossfit classes.
Our Crossfit program is designed to be challenging, fun and results-driven. Our program utilizes constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. We incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in every workout. Our program is scalable and inclusive of all ages, fitness levels and fitness goals.
