Start in Hollow Body position.

Bring your straight legs towards your torso pointing your toes towards the sky. Reach with your hands towards your toes bringing your chest towards your quads. Try to not let you feet touch the floor during each set.

Tucks your knees instead of straigh legs, or sit ups.
