Tabata Style for 10 Mins:

Right Arm Plank

Left Arm Plank

Both Arms

This plank series is to be done from the top of the push up position, not a “side plank”

Pull-ups (10 x 5)

10 sets of 5, as quick as possible

For Quality:

Accumulate 400 Ft Walking Lunge (1 DB)

80 Single Arm Push Presses (1 DB)
