Close Grip Bench (3×8 @ 70% of Heavy 3 Bench)

Hands about 1.5 fist distance apart, bar touches halfway down torso, close to bellybutton, elbows stay TIGHT to body

Single Arm Bench Press (4×10)

With KB or DB, Single Arm Press

Dumbbell Flye (Flat Bench) (4×8)

Moderate load, we are focussing on ROM through lift.
