With a partner, split the work, share the run, ALWAYS hold the plate:

2 Rounds For Time:

200m Run

20 Ground To OH

20 TTB

400m Run

40 Shoulder to OH

40 Sit Ups

600m Run

60 G2OH

60 TTB
1 Partner will run with the plate while the other runs without (can pass the plate as often as posible)

G2OH / S2OH / Sit Ups are done with the same plate that went on the run.

While TTB are being done, resting partner will hold the plate.
