2 Rounds For Time:
20 Ground To OH
40 Shoulder to OH
40 Sit Ups
1 Partner will run with the plate while the other runs without (can pass the plate as often as posible)
G2OH / S2OH / Sit Ups are done with the same plate that went on the run.
While TTB are being done, resting partner will hold the plate.
